BAT-IG CONGRATULATES STATE COORDINATORS ON INCLUSION IN 2027 APC PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN STRUCTURES

The Bola Ahmed Tinubu Ideological Group (BAT-IG) congratulates its State Coordinators and other members who have been entrusted with responsibilities within the State, Local Government, Ward and Polling Unit structures of the 2027 All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council.

The development represents an important opportunity for BAT-IG members to translate the Group’s ideological commitment, grassroots presence, policy advocacy and community engagement into practical support for the campaign to secure the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the continuation of the Renewed Hope Agenda.

BAT-IG views the campaign not merely as an electoral exercise, but as an opportunity to take the achievements, policies and programmes of the administration directly to the people, while listening to the concerns of citizens and communicating practical solutions to issues affecting their communities.

Over the past year, BAT-IG has continued to build a structured platform around policy communication, political education, grassroots mobilisation and community-focused interventions. The Group has also developed and deployed initiatives designed to take the Renewed Hope message beyond conventional political communication and into communities.

Among these efforts is the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Ideology Handbook, which documents the administration’s policy direction, philosophy and key interventions and serves as a reference framework for BAT-IG coordinators and members.

The Group has also championed grassroots mobilisation through its Home-Cell strategy, designed to create community-level platforms for political education, engagement and interaction with citizens. Its nationwide youth mobilisation initiative, aimed at engaging young Nigerians across electoral wards, further reflects BAT-IG’s commitment to building a sustainable grassroots structure around the Renewed Hope agenda. Beyond mobilisation, BAT-IG has consistently promoted a solution-oriented approach to governance, identifying policy gaps and proposing interventions across areas including youth empowerment, education, economic opportunity, social development, infrastructure, energy, entrepreneurship and community development.

The Group has also undertaken community interventions and political support initiatives, including support for APC candidates and party stakeholders at the grassroots. It is on this foundation that BAT-IG expects its coordinators now serving within the campaign structures to bring their experience, networks and knowledge of their communities to bear.

Our State Coordinators are therefore encouraged to see their new responsibilities as a call to greater service. They are expected to work closely with the relevant APC campaign structures, strengthen grassroots communication, mobilise responsibly, promote issue-based engagement and ensure that the achievements and policy direction of the Tinubu administration are properly communicated to voters.

At the State level, BAT-IG coordinators are expected to collaborate with the State Campaign Councils and relevant APC structures in planning and executing mobilisation programmes.

At the Local Government and Ward levels, coordinators are expected to deepen community engagement, identify local concerns, communicate relevant government interventions and help connect citizens with the broader Renewed Hope narrative.

At the Polling Unit level, BAT-IG’s grassroots network will be particularly important in voter engagement, information dissemination, mobilisation and ensuring that support for the President is translated into votes on election day.

The Group believes that its strength lies in combining ideology with grassroots action, policy communication with community engagement, and political mobilisation with measurable interventions.

As the 2027 election approaches, BAT-IG will continue to leverage its network, policy resources, community projects, ideological materials and grassroots structures to canvass support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Renewed Hope Agenda.

The Group is confident that the collective efforts of its coordinators, members, supporters and other stakeholders will contribute significantly to the success of the APC presidential campaign across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

BAT-IG therefore congratulates all coordinators who have earned responsibilities within the various campaign structures and urges them to discharge their duties with discipline, loyalty, accountability, diligence and a strong commitment to the people.

The task ahead is significant, but so is the opportunity to demonstrate that political mobilisation can be anchored on ideas, service, measurable impact and a genuine connection with the grassroots.

Together, we will take the Renewed Hope message to every community, every ward and every polling unit.

Together, we will mobilise.

Together, we will deliver victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.
